    1. Hi Sis, wanting something is not enough. We should strive for it. Hubby and I will be attending, hoping this would be our first step in reaching our goals. If you have time attend also, an investment as little as P400 could greatly improve your living.

    1. Hi Dee, it is true. We may be financially capable now, but do we have enough to see us through old age? Or dedepende lang ba tayo sa mga anak natin? The choice is ours and I think we should start making the conscious efforts now while we are still young. Don't you agree?

  8. Chinkee is one of the pastors in our church and he gives workshops on finances once in a while. :) If I can't go to this one, I'll most likely sign up here.

    1. Yes May, He is really a nice man. His calling, he says Is to impart his knowledge into helping others. Earning from all this is secondary. I hope you can attend with your husband, family finances is a family concern and you both should consider attending ~ then date night after :D

  10. This is pretty interesting. Very few Filipinos really know how to handle their finances very well as most of us are known as "one day millionaire." But I'm glad to know there are seminars/groups that teaches one financial literacy.

  23. I also want to learn more about personal finance. I'll actually be attending iCon 2015 and clearing all my debt by end of June. It feels great to know that you've worked hard to be financially free and I have read a lot of personal finance tips online.
